Verdeacqua is a project born from the work of a family from Savona, who recognized in an abandoned villa the potential to create a place dedicated to well-being.
Our holiday homes were created in 2023 from the renovation of a Liberty-style villa which, with its unique character and the beauty of its garden, has become even more welcoming. Now transformed into four fully equipped apartments, it offers a warm and homely atmosphere while preserving its original charm.

We deeply value sustainability and innovation
Our Pine Forest homes are the ideal choice for those who care about both sustainability and comfort, as they are completely eco-friendly and equipped with state-of-the-art systems. They are powered by a photovoltaic system, feature controlled mechanical ventilation with anti-virus UV lamps, and are fitted with a hydronic air conditioning system. All with an A+++ energy rating.
